Special Bonding Time: REFLECTION FOR ADVENT & PRRI ORIENTATION

TPKI BLDG., CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA – BOF held its annual half-day reflection seminar and orientation on the newly implemented, Policy on Recognition, Rewards and Incentives (PRRI). The event was graced by BOF Chairman and President, Ms. Teresa David-Carlos.

The reflection seminar was facilitated by the renowned motivational speaker, Bro. Roman Harold S. Espeleta, Administrator of Holy Family Center of Studies. He spoke about acceptance and living one’s life meaningfully. He ended the session with an inspirational thought:

The 3 Ls: 1. Listen Attentively;

2. Love Generously and

3. Let Go Courageously.

The second half was an orientation on PRRI conducted by Senior Executive Vice President III & Director, Ms. Analiza O. Pulido.

This PRRI covers all employees in all unctional groups/strategic banking units/departments (GSDs) of BOF. There are four (4) programs, to wit:

(1) The Employee Recognition Program (ERP) which Includes:

- Say Thanks And Recognize Success (STARS) Program;

- Small Gifts and Incentives (SGIs);

- Provision of Work Related Items (WRIs) and

- Public Acknowledgement (PA);

(2) The Employee Achievement (TEA) Awards which include:

- Award for Living the BOF 8 Ways of Being (8 WOB);
