BOF Attends 52nd PMAP Annual Conference

MARRIOT GRAND BALLROOM, PASAY CITY, October 12-14, 2015 - BOF once again participated in the country’s biggest gathering of finest bigwigs in people management at People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Annual Conference: “HR PILIPINAS: People Agenda and Beyond” aiming for 3 things: To ADVANCE the People Agenda: HuRry PILIPINAS;To OWN the People Agenda: HeaRt PILIPINAS;To CELEBRATE the People Agenda: HuRrah PILIPINAS.

No less than the Chairman & President herself, Ms. Teresa David-Carlos and Senior Executive President III, Ms. Analiza O. Pulido attended the three (3) day event, coming back with learned concepts and new HR philosophies for the next BOF Strategic Planning.

The Programme was replete with relevant topics, all directed towards PMAP’s goal "for HR is to Hurry and to advance in our development as a world class institution in people’s management; To glorify the valiant and compassionate heart that is uniquely Filipino; To own our heritage of excellence and the values that fuel our progress; And to give a resounding hurrah that celebrates camaraderie and the leadership of our outstanding managers and employers this year."

Some of the keynote speakers for this 52nd PMAP Conference were Mr. Joseph C. Tanbuntiong, Jollibee Foods Corporation President and Hon. Governor Jose Clemente Sarte Salceda of Albay.
