BOF Holds its 1st Leadership Skill Development Seminar

CITY OF SAN FERNANDO, PAMPANGA, – One of the country’s premiere rural banks, BOF, Inc. conducted a whole day leadership seminar on Skill Development attended by 45 promising officers.

Organizers invited the renowned speaker, Dr. Mary Rechelle A. Guzman, President of Mary Queen Academy of Pampanga (MQAP) to discuss on management skills for new leaders.

The course was designed to render practical tools and frameworks to help the department heads and bank officers set team objectives, track and analyze performance, and manage stakeholders.

The seminar was such a huge success, organizers claim that it is just a first of a series under BOF’s Leadership Program.
